Pricing & Details

• $250 per hour if 3 hours or more.

  • If less than 3 hours, it is $300 per hour.

  • Prices are subject to change based on customer needs

• Events that require driving beyond 30 miles from Lukojo Media’s business location to the shoot location will cost the federal rate per mile.

• In this circumstance, an “Event” is defined as any sporting event, company party, balls/galas, or a unique one-time event that is available to the community.

  • Due to the dedicated and specialized needs of weddings, wedding photography do not fall into the event photography pricing model.

• Photos rights are yours upon final receipt.

  • Typically, digital photos will be offered as free.

  • A general release form may be requested, but the form is not required to be signed. This form will give Lukojo Media permission to place your photos on social media for advertising.

• A 15% discount on one print (any print medium) may be offered.

• If the event requires a “step and repeat” (a.k.a. promotional photo op), this must be made known so that the correct gear can be purchased and brought.

  • The backdrop will be the responsibility of the customer to provide, unless otherwise requested.

  • The photographer will provide the camera and lighting equipment.

• If there are specific shots that must be taken, the customer must clearly indicate those shots.

  • A shot list is preferred to simplify this requirement

• The above details are a general outline. All details are not final until a finalized contract is signed by both parties.
