Pricing & details

• Lukojo Media offers a tiered model based on the size of home.

  • 0-1100 sq ft - $150 up front cost, $150 after the first hour

  • 1100-1999 sq ft - $175 up front cost, $150 beyond the first hour

  • 2000+ - $200 up front cost, $150 beyond the first hour

• At a minimum, you will receive of 20 photos of the home. The larger and more complex the home is, the more photos will be available.

  • With the exception of extremely large homes (3500+ sq ft), no more than 35 photos will be given.

• You have exclusive rights to the photos

  • A general release form will be requested, but the form is not required to be signed. This form will give Lukojo Media permission to place your photos on social media for advertising.

• If any Wall Art prints from Lukojo Media are required to furnish the home, a 15% discount is available.

• Drone

  • Aerial Photography via drone is available at an additional cost of $75 per session.

  • Aerial Videography is also available upon request. Quotes will be generated after discussing the needs of the customer.
